When enabled, Google Analytics measures selected public service pages and the vehicle QR page for visitors identified by our hosting provider as being in Texas or North Carolina. Unknown locations and other regions are excluded. This network-based filter describes our measurement scope; it does not determine your legal jurisdiction. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and a saved analytics opt-out prevent collection.

Measurement includes a page view, clicks leading to a consultation, and Google's automatic session, first-visit, and user-engagement events. Fixed page names and locations are used; inquiry form data, URL queries, referrers, and private portal pages are excluded. Analytics cookies use a dedicated name prefix and expire after one day without renewal. Google processes device and network information, including IP addresses and basic location information, to provide analytics. The one-day cookie lifetime is separate from Google’s server-side retention: event-level data is retained for two months and user-level data for fourteen months, with the user retention period reset by new activity. These settings do not shorten separately retained aggregated reporting. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. This Analytics property is not currently linked to Google Ads; removing the prior link does not erase historical data.

The Bring Dōma to Your Market registry may publish only aggregated city or metro labels, directional interest levels, and deduplicated inquiry totals. It does not publicly display names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, street addresses, or precise residence locations. Registering interest does not guarantee future service or a market launch.

The public Ask Dōma assistant is educational only. It cannot access private client records, client schedules, invoices, addresses, home manuals, vendor records, access instructions, or private portal AI context.

Active client records and sensitive residence details belong only inside approved private onboarding paths and secure client systems provided separately by Dōma.

This public marketing platform is separate from the Company Portal, Client Portal, Apps Script workbooks, private Google Drive assets, portal authentication, client slugs, private client records, private portal AI context, and operations relay systems.

Public website analytics, lead routing, or campaign attribution should not receive sensitive client details. If sensitive information is accidentally submitted, Dōma may limit, delete, or redirect that information according to the appropriate private support workflow.
