Dōma Platform · Beta planned Q2 2027

A private operating platform, now being shaped for beta.

Dōma is developing an operating platform for estate managers, private home offices, and boutique home management companies. It is not available to license or use today. We are sharing the product direction and collecting interest ahead of a limited beta planned for Q2 2027.

No demos or licenses are offered yet. The interface shown here is an illustrative facsimile with fictional information.

Why it exists

Traditional tools were not built for private home management.

CRMs track prospects. Rental platforms manage tenants. Project tools manage tasks. But high-touch home management requires something different: private residence memory, recurring care, household preferences, vendor coordination, field notes, billing support, and a polished homeowner experience in one place.

Dōma Platform is being shaped by the daily reality of managing owner-occupied private residences - not adapted from mass-market property management software. The screens here communicate a direction, not a completed product or a promise of availability.

Built around private residences

The beta is being shaped for owner-occupied homes and the people who care for them—not tenant, lease, or short-term rental workflows.

Informed by real operating work

Its direction comes from recurring care, household records, vendor coordination, and client communication—not a generic CRM template.

A deliberate beta, not a finished product

We are gathering the right operator perspectives before release. Features, timing, and participation will be confirmed during beta planning.

Platform overview

Bring every residence, request, schedule, project, and client conversation into one elegant portal.

Built from house-management experience, the beta direction considers how operators might work from the field, the office, or their phone—with a shared view of the residence, request, client, and work behind it. Capabilities shown are illustrative and subject to change.

Client portal direction

An illustrative direction for a refined client front door, adaptable to an operator's brand, terminology, and service model.

Client request management

A planned workspace for organizing requests rather than scattering household needs across texts, emails, and memory.

Scheduling and recurring care

A beta area intended to connect visits, recurring service, inspections, and follow-up without losing context.

Residence records

A planned approach to residence manuals, preferences, inventory, documents, and care history, subject to beta scope.

Work and inspection reports

A proposed way to turn completed work into a clear client-facing record with notes, photos, and dates.

Phone-first field operations

A field-first beta concept for capturing notes, photos, and updates while the work is happening.

QuickBooks-connected workflows

A future integration direction for billing, invoice, receipt, and document workflows; no accounting integration is available today.

Permissioned AI assistance

A future, permission-aware assistance concept for approved records; it is not currently offered as a product feature.

Team operations dashboard

An illustrative internal view of requests, appointments, follow-up, and operational context under consideration for beta.

Custom business workflows

Beta participants may help inform how request categories, service vocabulary, stages, and roles are approached.

Client and company portal

A polished client view. A working operator view behind it.

The platform experience should feel calm and refined for the homeowner, while giving the estate management company a practical command center for the work behind the scenes.

Client portal side

What the homeowner sees.

A calm portal for requests, scheduled care, care history, documents, residence details, and concierge guidance.

Built around the way estate management work actually moves.

Dōma Platform shows both sides of the relationship: a calm client portal for homeowners and a practical company workspace for the team managing the work behind it.

01

Request intake

Clients can submit and follow requests without scattering household needs across texts, email threads, and memory.

02

Triage and routing

Operators can review priority, phase, residence, client-visible status, internal notes, and images from one company-side workspace.

03

Scheduling

Requests can connect to scheduled visits, work reports, inspection reports, calendar context, vendors, and recurring home care.

04

Field work and notes

Team members can document what happened, who handled it, what was found, and what needs follow-up.

05

Completed home care

Finished work becomes a client-visible record with notes, photos, dates, responsible team members, and an archive of what happened.

06

Residence memory

Home manuals, inventory, preferred vendors, documents, projects, and recurring care create continuity as a residence becomes more complex.

07

Billing and reporting

Invoice, receipt, document, and accounting workflows help support the financial side of a high-touch home management operation.

08

Permissioned AI support

Approved users can search records, summarize recent activity, and ask practical questions without exposing private data publicly.

Privacy and AI

Private by design. Permissioned by default.

Dōma Platform is built for the realities of private residences: access information, household preferences, documents, service history, sensitive client communication, and vendor context. The platform should help operators organize and retrieve approved information without turning private household details into public-facing content.

Illustrative only

The portal views on this page are facsimiles created with fictional information. They are not a demonstration environment or a live client system.

Permissioned AI

Any future assistance is intended to work from approved, operator-controlled data and support—not replace—professional judgment.

Operator control

Privacy boundaries, stored records, visibility, and access design are active beta-planning topics—not completed product promises.

Platform FAQ

A developing operating layer for refined service companies.

Who is Dōma Platform for?

The Q2 2027 beta waitlist is intended for estate managers, private home offices, fractional estate management firms, and concierge home management companies interested in helping shape a future operating platform.

Is this for homeowners or operators?

This page is for operators. It shares the direction Dōma is exploring for companies and private home offices managing multiple residences, requests, schedules, records, and client communications.

Is this rental property management software?

No. The planned beta is being shaped for owner-occupied private residences, not tenant property management, short-term rentals, or lease administration.

What does the platform organize?

The current concept includes residence profiles, requests, schedules, projects, records, vendor coordination, work reports, documents, billing support, and permission-aware assistance. Final beta scope has not been set.

Will the platform be white-labeled?

Brand and workflow flexibility are part of the direction under consideration. We are not making white-labeling commitments while the product is still in development.

Does the platform replace QuickBooks?

No. A future accounting workflow may support operational context around invoices, receipts, and documents, but no QuickBooks integration is currently available or committed for beta.

What does permissioned AI mean?

It describes a design principle for future development: any assistance should use approved, operator-controlled data and never expose private residence information publicly.

Are product demos available now?

No. Dōma Platform is not offering demos, licenses, or client access at this time. The screens on this page are illustrative facsimiles using fictional information.

How many homes do I need to manage for this to make sense?

We are gathering interest from operators managing multiple private residences or planning to grow beyond text threads, spreadsheets, generic CRMs, and disconnected project tools.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

Dōma will record your interest and may share information as the Q2 2027 beta program takes shape. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, access, or a future launch date.
