Dōma is preparing to bring private home management to Mooresville and the Lake Norman region as part of its planned Charlotte-market launch in Q2 2027. What we are planning for Mooresville and Lake Norman
The planned market includes Charlotte, Lake Norman, Mooresville, Weddington, and Marvin. We are gathering interest from homeowners who want a coordinated approach to the care of their private residence. Individual locations and service requirements will be reviewed before any engagement is offered.
Service is planned to begin in Q2 2027. Joining the waitlist allows us to learn about your home and keep you informed as launch arrangements develop. It creates no obligation to enroll and does not guarantee acceptance or a particular start date.
The details behind a well-run residence
Dōma's approach begins with learning the home: its systems, routines, existing providers, recurring needs, and open projects. That information becomes the foundation for a care calendar, organized records, and clear responsibilities.
Planned support centers on preventive-care coordination, vendor scheduling and access, project follow-through, travel readiness, and owner communication. The appropriate membership, visit rhythm, and scope will be confirmed through consultation as service becomes available.
For everyday living and time away
Full-time homeowners may want fewer service appointments to manage and a clearer view of what needs attention next. Owners who travel frequently may need help preparing the residence for departure and return. Both begin with the same question: what responsibility would you like Dōma to carry?
The aim is a considered management relationship, with the work documented and the homeowner informed. It is distinct from a task-based handyman plan or vacation-rental operation. Specialist work remains with the appropriate providers, and any engagement will define its own service boundaries.
A founding portfolio limited to 15 homes
The planned 2027 founding portfolio is limited to 15 homes across the Charlotte and Lake Norman market. A smaller portfolio is intended to protect the attention and continuity each relationship needs as the local operation takes shape.
